Terms of Service

1. Beta service. runaii.cloud is in public beta. Capacity, models, and prices may change with 7 days' notice on /changelog. Uptime target is 99.9%; SLA guarantees apply to Enterprise contracts only.

2. Credits. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 12 months after issuance. Welcome credits ($1) are one per person. Usage is metered per token / GPU-second from published rates.

3. Acceptable use. No illegal content, spam, malware, bulk scraping of third-party services, or circumventing rate limits / metering. We may suspend keys or workspaces that breach this, with email notice.

4. Your content. Your prompts and data remain yours. We log request metadata (model, tokens, latency, status) for billing and abuse prevention; see /trust and /privacy.

5. Liability. Service is provided "as is"; liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months. Enterprise agreements may vary by contract.
